Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By booking or using any services provided by Hot Sauce Media, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with a booking.

2. Services

Hot Sauce Media provides professional DJ services, photography, video, and photo booth rentals for events in the Oklahoma City metro area. All services are performed by Dante (owner/operator). Service details, pricing, and deliverables will be confirmed in writing at the time of booking.

3. Booking & Payment

• A deposit may be required to secure your event date. Deposit amounts will be communicated at booking.
• The remaining balance is due on or before the event date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Bookings are not confirmed until payment or a written confirmation is received.
• Pricing is as listed on our website or as quoted directly. We do not negotiate pricing or offer special packages for corporate clients.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected].
• Deposits are non-refundable unless Hot Sauce Media cancels the booking.
• Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and must be made at least 14 days before the original event date.
• If Hot Sauce Media must cancel due to an emergency or unforeseen circumstance, a full refund of any payments made will be issued.

5. Photo & Media Delivery

• Same-day preview edits are provided for photography sessions when applicable.
• Full photo galleries are delivered within 72 hours of the event.
• Files are delivered via email, Google Drive, or an online gallery link.
• Hot Sauce Media retains the right to use event photos and videos for portfolio and marketing purposes unless you request otherwise in writing before the event.

6. Client Responsibilities

• Clients are responsible for providing accurate event details (date, time, venue, expected guest count).
• For photo booth rentals, the venue must provide a working WiFi connection unless otherwise arranged.
• Clients are responsible for ensuring Hot Sauce Media has adequate space and power access at the venue.
• Any requests for specific music, playlists, or event timelines must be submitted at least 7 days before the event.

7. Limitation of Liability

Hot Sauce Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim related to a booking shall not exceed the total amount paid for that booking. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, venue issues, or equipment failure due to third-party interference).

8. Equipment

Hot Sauce Media provides and operates all equipment. Clients and event attendees must not tamper with, move, or damage any equipment. The client may be held responsible for damages caused by guests or venue staff to Hot Sauce Media equipment.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Oklahoma County, Oklahoma.
